We are looking for a dedicated and 3+ YEARS of experienced Site Civil Engineer to oversee on-site execution for a key building construction project near Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
📌 Role Details
- Position: Site Civil Engineer
- Location: Gorakhpur, UP
- Engagement Type: Full Time (on-site job)
- Project Type: Commercial / Public Building Construction
🏗️ Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution & Supervision: Manage day-to-day site operations, structural execution, masonry, and finishing works from breakdown to final handover.
- Drawing & Spec Adherence: Read and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings to ensure execution matches specifications and standards.
- Contractor & Manpower Management: Direct on-site contractors, sub-contractors, and labor teams to maintain momentum and hit target timelines.
- Quality Assurance & Safety: Perform continuous quality checks on raw materials, workmanship, and structural integrity while enforcing strict site safety protocols.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor daily work output against the project schedule, report progress, and flag potential delays early.
- Material & Inventory Coordination: Oversee material requisitions, track consumption on site, and minimize wastage.
🎯 Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Hands-on experience of 3 or more years in on-site building construction and field execution.
- Commitment: Willingness to stay on-site and manage operations for the entire duration of the project until final completion.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, site team management, and practical knowledge of construction methodologies.
