Role Description The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing civil engineering projects within the Pune Division. This full-time, on-site role includes preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, reports, and calculations, as well as coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. Day-to-day tasks involve site assessments, data collection, and applying engineering principles to infrastructure, utilities, and site development projects. The Civil Engineer will also support stormwater management solutions, ensure compliance with local codes and standards, and contribute to cost estimates, schedules, and quality control. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to apply core engineering principles to practical project solutions.
- Experience working in Civil Engineering teams or alongside other Civil Engineers to coordinate design and implementation activities.
- Planning skills for infrastructure and site development projects, including preparation of layouts, schedules, and resource plans.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management practices, systems, and regulations relevant to urban and regional development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; professional certification or licensing is an advantage.
- Proficiency with civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements, with strong documentation skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work on-site in the Pune Division on a full-time basis.
