Job Description:
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and customer-oriented Showroom Manager to manage daily showroom operations and ensure an excellent experience for walk-in customers.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to interact confidently with customers and build strong relationships. Experience in modular kitchens or home interiors is preferred but not mandatory, as product training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers, understand their requirements and guide them through the showroom.
• Explain product features and assist customers with their queries.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up with prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the sales, design and installation teams.
• Manage daily showroom operations and maintain product displays.
• Maintain customer enquiry records and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure a professional, organised and customer-friendly showroom environment.
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in showroom management, retail sales, customer service or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in interacting with customers and handling enquiries.
• Professional presentation and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Willingness to learn about modular kitchens, wardrobes and interior products.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Modular kitchens, furniture, home interiors, tiles, sanitaryware, appliances or premium retail.
Note: Prior modular kitchen experience is not mandatory. Product training will be provided to the selected candidate.
