We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage the end-to-end operations of a Q-Commerce Dark Store.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day dark store operations
* Lead, train and manage store staff
* Handle manpower planning, shifts and attendance
* Monitor picking, packing and order dispatch
* Ensure inventory accuracy and stock availability
* Track store KPIs, productivity and order fulfillment
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and hygiene standards
* Handle operational issues and drive team performance
* Prepare and monitor daily operational reports
🔹 Candidate Profile:
* 2+ years of experience in Q-Commerce / Dark Store / Warehouse Operations
* Experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon Fresh or similar operations preferred
* Strong leadership and team-handling skills
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities
* Comfortable working in rotational shifts
