About the Role
MTJ Job Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Consultant to work with our institute as a Freelance ServiceNow Trainer.
The selected professional will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented ServiceNow training to students and helping them understand real-world implementation, development, integrations, and troubleshooting scenarios.
We are looking for someone who can go beyond theoretical concepts and provide hands-on, project-based training based on real industry practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ServiceNow training sessions in a structured and easy-to-understand manner.
- Explain ServiceNow concepts using real-time project scenarios and practical examples.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises.
- Guide students through ServiceNow development and implementation concepts.
- Explain development best practices, troubleshooting approaches, and common project scenarios.
- Conduct practical assignments, assessments, mock interviews, and interview preparation sessions.
- Mentor students on real-world ServiceNow roles and career opportunities.
- Support students in understanding project responsibilities and implementation methodologies.
- Keep training content aligned with current ServiceNow industry practices.

- Experience in mentoring, training, or knowledge sharing is preferred.
- Ability to conduct interactive sessions and answer student queries effectively.
