Hiring: ServiceNow Developer – HPSM to ServiceNow Migration
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong HPSM (HP Service Manager) to ServiceNow migration experience.

🔑 Key Skills Required
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow & HPSM
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementation & customization
- Deep understanding of HPSM data structures and ITSM processes
- Strong JavaScript, Glide API & ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, IntegrationHub & ETL
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem & Request Management
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Knowledge of ServiceNow MID Server setup & configuration
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead HPSM to ServiceNow migration planning, design and execution
- Perform data mapping, transformation and migration of historical & active records
- Migrate Incidents, Changes, Problems, Requests and related ITSM data
- Analyze and replicate existing HPSM workflows in ServiceNow
- Configure/customize Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies and Workflows
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects and business stakeholders
- Perform data validation, reconciliation and migration testing
- Support cutover, go-live and post-migration troubleshooting
