We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented engineer to join our India Field Service team in Bangalore
What you’ll do:
- Manage warehouse operations: stock control, picking, packing, dispatch, and courier coordination
- Support service case administration and maintain accurate records of service calls
- Work with Service Manager to schedule service visits and breakdown repairs
- Ensure accurate service documentation and timely communication with admin team
What we’re looking for:
- B.E/B.Tech in Engineering or related technical field with 4+ years experience
- Hands-on experience with scientific instruments, repair & maintenance
- Strong organization, communication, and customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in reporting tools/CRM is an advantage
