About the Role:*
We are looking for an experienced Service Head to lead our service operations for power backup and energy storage products (inverters, lithium batteries, and related solutions).
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Set up and manage a service call centre and support team
- Recruit, train, and manage local service engineers across India (PAN India)
- Oversee day-to-day service operations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Use CRM and service management tools to track performance and improve efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with regional service partners/engineers
*Requirements:*
- 5–8 years of experience in service operations, preferably in power backup/inverter/lithium battery industry
- Proven experience setting up or managing a call centre/service team
- Strong hands-on knowledge of CRM tools and service management systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- - Willingness to travel/coordinate PAN India as needed
