Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings and travel services.
- Convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups and communication.
- Promote and sell domestic & international flight tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, and travel insurance.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options based on budget and preferences.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain customer records, lead status, and sales reports.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly.
Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of travel booking portals and ticketing systems.
- GDS knowledge is required (Amadeus preferred).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Hindi & English required; Punjabi will be an added advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in flight ticketing, travel sales or travel consultancy preferred.
- Prior travel industry experience required.
