About the Role

Akio Coffee Roasters is looking for an experienced, guest-focused Senior Steward to lead floor service at our cafes in Dehradun!

You will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, guiding junior floor staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences during peak hours.

o guests. Guid
e and mentor junior stewards to ensure smooth floor coordination. Main
tain strict standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and table setup. Work
seamlessly with baristas, kitchen staff, and management. Main
tain flexibility to work across our Dehradun cafe locations as required.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years as a Steward/Senior Steward in a high-volume cafe or restaurant.
Skills: Excellent communication, strong leadership, and a guest-first attitude.
Work Ethic: Punctual, proactive, and calm under pressure.
Availability: Ready for 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week.
