🏗️ We're Hiring: Senior Site Engineer – Civil | Chennai
Pacifica Companies is looking for a Senior Site Engineer – Civil to lead on-site execution at Pacifica Aurum, Padur. If you have 5–7 years of hands-on civil execution experience on real estate housing projects — preferably high-rise — and are ready to take greater ownership at site, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
Working closely with the Site In-Charge / Project Manager, you'll plan and drive site activities to completion, lead assigned execution streams independently, guide junior engineers, and ensure work progresses safely, on schedule, and to quality standards — while keeping management informed through accurate reporting and MIS.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, schedule, and monitor all project activities at site
• Induct and coordinate contractors, and extract work as per timelines
• Forecast resource requirements — manpower, materials, machinery
• Conduct site surveys and verify setting-out as per drawings
• Check material consumption against theoretical consumption
• Monitor work at every stage and secure consultant approvals
• Implement on-site safety and coordinate QA procedures
• Guide and mentor junior site engineers and trainees
What We're Looking For
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute
• 5–7 years of experience in real estate housing projects, preferably high-rise residential
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently
• Good communication skills to liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
