We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support one of our clients on a contract basis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong, proven track record of automating workflows across the ServiceNow ITSM stack and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

What we’re looking for
You should have strong hands-on experience with:
• ServiceNow development within the ITSM stack
• Automating workflows across Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management
• Flow Designer / Workflow Studio
• ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript
• Business Rules, Script Includes and Client Scripts
• REST APIs and third-party system integrations
• ServiceNow IntegrationHub
• IntegrationHub Spokes and Actions
• ServiceNow Service Catalog and automated fulfilment workflows
• Troubleshooting complex workflows and integrations
• Working with enterprise ServiceNow environments
Integration Experience
We are particularly interested in candidates who have personally designed or developed integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms using technologies such as:
• REST APIs
• Scripted REST APIs
• IntegrationHub
• MID Server
• Webhooks
• OAuth/API authentication
• Custom integration actions or spokes
Experience integrating ServiceNow with platforms such as Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Dynamics 365, monitoring platforms or other enterprise applications would be highly desirable.
Essential Requirements
✅ Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience
✅ Proven experience automating end-to-end ITSM workflows
✅ Strong ServiceNow integration experience
✅ Strong JavaScript development skills
✅ Experience with Flow Designer / Workflow Studio and IntegrationHub
✅ Fluent spoken and written English
✅ Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with UK-based teams and stakeholders
✅ Must be available to work UK business hours
What is particularly important
This is a hands-on ServiceNow Developer role, rather than a ServiceNow Administrator position.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of:
✅ Building and automating end-to-end ITSM workflows
✅ Developing ServiceNow integrations with external systems
✅ Writing ServiceNow JavaScript and custom development
✅ Using Flow Designer / IntegrationHub in production environments
✅ Troubleshooting and resolving workflow and integration issues
✅Exposure of Service Now AI - Now Assist, AI Agent Studio
Certifications
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS-ITSM would be advantageous, but strong practical development experience is the priority.
