About Position:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow Platform Development, Virtual Agent, Now Assist (GenAI), AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and workflow automation. This role involves building intelligent automation capabilities, enhancing digital self-service experiences, and delivering scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency across the organization.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow platform applications and enterprise solutions.
- Implement and customize ServiceNow Virtual Agent conversations, topics, integrations, and conversational experiences.
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow Now Assist (Generative AI) capabilities across ITSM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Develop AI-powered workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, AI Search, and automation tools.
- Build and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, Service Catalog items, Record Producers, workflows, and approval processes.
- Design intelligent automation solutions for incident management, service requests, employee self-service, and operational workflows.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and platform customizations.
- Create and optimize REST and SOAP integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Configure and support Predictive Intelligence models for ticket categorization, routing, recommendations, and operational insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Participate in platform upgrades, patching activities, release management, and instance administration.
- Ensure platform performance, security, governance, and scalability in accordance with ServiceNow best practices.
- Contribute to Agile delivery teams through sprint planning, development, testing, and solution design reviews.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through innovation, automation, and adoption of AI-driven capabilities.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform Development and customization.
- Extensive experience with ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog modules.
- Expertise in Service Portal and Employee Center implementation and enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of Catalog Management, Workflow Automation, and process optimization.
- Experience developing solutions using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Hands-on experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Expertise in ServiceNow Virtual Agent implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Now Assist (GenAI) capabilities and AI-powered service management solutions.
- Experience working with AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Prompt Engineering, and AI-driven automation.
- Knowledge of AI Agent development, Conversational AI design, NLP concepts, and chatbot implementations.
- Strong programming experience using JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs.
- Expertise in Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACL development.
- Experience designing and implementing REST API, SOAP API, and MID Server integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft Teams, Jira, SAP, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, governance, security, and platform best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to design scalable, reusable, and maintainable enterprise solutions.
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum-based delivery environments.
- Self-motivated professional with strong ownership, collaboration, and leadership capabilities.
