This is a full-time Remote role for AN EXPERIENCED SCRUM MASTER. THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL JOB, DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE AT LEAST 4 YEARS OF SCRUM MASTER EXPERIENCE.

Experience: 5–12 years
We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile teams delivering GenAI and Agentic AI–powered solutions in clinical operations and life sciences environments. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on Scrum Master experience and a solid technical background that enables effective collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams. You will work closely with product, engineering, clinical operations, and compliance stakeholders to deliver secure, high-impact AI solutions in regulated settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach Agile teams delivering GenAI, Agentic AI, AI/ML, cloud platforms, and intelligent automation solutions
- Support teams using Scrum and Kanban, facilitating all core Agile ceremonies
- Partner with Product Owners, full-stack engineers, GenAI engineers/data scientists, DevOps, QA, and UI/UX teams, as well as clinical operations and compliance stakeholders
- Remove impediments related to cloud readiness, model lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, security, and regulatory compliance
- Apply Agile practices suited for AI/ML and experimentation-driven development
- Track and communicate delivery using Agile metrics (velocity, flow, cycle time, predictability)
- Drive continuous improvement while maintaining audit readiness and documentation discipline
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, including hands-on Scrum Master experience
- Experience in clinical operations, life sciences, or other regulated industries
- Strong technical understanding of modern engineering environments, enabling effective engagement with:
- Full-stack developers (e.g., Angular, .NET Core)
- GenAI engineers and data scientists (Python, ML frameworks)
- DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- QA and UI/UX teams
- Experience supporting teams in an AWS-based cloud environment
- Exposure to GenAI, Agentic AI, AI/ML, or intelligent automation initiatives
- Working knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory constraints
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM II/III, SAFe Scrum Master)
- Experience with Azure or GCP cloud environments
- Exposure to AI governance, MLOps, or scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
- Familiarity with clinical systems, life sciences workflows, or regulated data pipelines
