Designation : Scrum Master
Experience : 8+ Years
Job Location : Kochi, Kerala
•Act as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams and ensure Scrum principles and practices are applied effectively.
•Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
•Support the team in removing impediments and fostering a productive working environment.
•Coach the team and stakeholders in agile ways of working and continuous improvement.
•Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders to support efficient delivery.
•Promote transparency, communication, and self-organization within the team.
•Experience working as a Scrum Master in agile software development environments.
•Strong understanding of Scrum principles, agile methodologies, and team facilitation.
•Ability to identify and remove blockers and support the team in improving delivery processes.
•Strong communication, moderation, and conflict resolution skills.
•Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and self-organized teams.
•Confident communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
•Scrum certification is a plus.
•Experience in working with distributed or international teams is a plus.
