Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Associate role based in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Associate will engage with patients and caregivers to explain services, treatment packages, and payment options, ensuring a clear understanding of hospital offerings. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, following up on leads, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and supporting patient registration and appointment bookings. The role involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, preparing basic reports, and contributing to meeting revenue and service targets. The Senior Sales Associate will also help improve patient experience by providing courteous assistance, managing waiting room communication, and supporting hospital promotional initiatives.

- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills to support patient engagement and satisfaction.

- Candidates should possess basic computer and documentation skills, including using hospital software or CRM tools for data entry and reporting.
- Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or hospital front-office sales or patient counseling is preferred.
- A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred; a background in business, marketing, or healthcare administration is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours as per hospital requirements and maintain a professional, patient-centric attitude at all times.
