We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, with the ability to source, attract, and hire top talent for various roles within our firm. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Withum by identifying and onboarding the best talent in the industry.

How You'll Spend Your Time:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles across the firm.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage top talent.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing Withum’s employer brand by promoting our culture, values, and opportunities through various channels.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Use recruitment metrics and analytics to refine processes, improve efficiency, and make informed hiring decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, employment laws, and industry best practices.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, contributing to their early engagement and success.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a professional services or advisory firm.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree.
- Skills:
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis.
