**Job Profile– Senior QA/QC Engineer (Civil)**High Rise Building)
**Location:** Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh (Bhawani Nagar)

### Key Responsibilities
* Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conduct inspections for RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
* Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
* Review material approvals, test reports, mix designs, and laboratory test results.
* Conduct site audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
* Monitor quality during interior fit-out and finishing activities.
* Ensure adherence to IS Codes, project specifications, and client quality requirements.
* Support project handover by maintaining complete quality documentation.
### Desired Candidate Profile
* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
* 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC for **high-rise residential building projects**.
* Experience in **PMC, EPC, Real Estate, Construction, or Project Management Consultancy** organisations.
* Strong exposure to RCC, finishing, waterproofing, interior fit-outs, and quality documentation.
* Good knowledge of IS Codes, quality standards, construction methodologies, and testing procedures.
* Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
