🚀 Hiring: Data Quality Engineer (Data QE)

We are looking for an experienced Data Quality Engineer (Data QE) professional to drive enterprise-level data quality initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Data Engineering Testing, ETL Validation, Automation Framework Development, and Cloud Data Platforms.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement automation frameworks for Data Engineering applications
• Develop BDD-based automation frameworks using Python, Java, or TypeScript
• Perform Data Quality validation across ETL, Data Mesh, Lakehouse, and Event-Driven architectures
• Build automated solutions to ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency
• Integrate automated testing frameworks with CI/CD pipelines
• Validate data platforms and troubleshoot data quality issues
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, Developers, and Product teams
🔹 Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in Data Quality Engineering / Data Testing / ETL Testing
• Strong experience in Data Engineering automation testing
• Hands-on experience with Python (Preferred), Java, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Data Testing tools:
▪ Great Expectations
▪ PyTest
▪ Cucumber / Behave
▪ DBT
▪ Soda / Monte Carlo / Deequ
• Strong knowledge of:
▪ SQL & ETL Testing
▪ BigQuery / Snowflake / Teradata
▪ Apache Kafka & Spark
▪ Apache Airflow / Dataflow / Cloud Composer
▪ Data Engineering & Cloud Data Platforms
🔹 Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Data Governance tools (Dataplex, Collibra, Ataccama)
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Harness, Terraform)
• Experience with Git/GitHub and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Xray)
• Knowledge of AI/ML testing and analytics platforms
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
