We’re Hiring: Senior Project Site Manager (3+ Years Experience)

Entracte is looking for a Senior Project Site Manager to lead site execution across our premier luxury residential projects in Bangalore.

Entracte is a premier luxury interior design and execution studio based in Bangalore. We specialize in bespoke residential interiors where creativity, meticulous detailing, strict timelines, and flawless execution come together.
Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership & Supervision: Oversee end-to-end daily site operations, manage site teams, and supervise on-site labor movement across multiple concurrent residential projects.
Vendor Management: Coordinate and hold accountable specialized contractors, carpenters, painters, electricians, MEP teams, and modular vendors.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as a dependable single point of contact on site, conducting walkthroughs and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients and design leads.
Material & BOQ Management: Verify material specifications, conduct quality control upon delivery, and ensure zero site delays due to supply chain gaps.
Project Planning & Milestone Tracking: Create, track and enforce detailed execution schedules (Gantt charts/project trackers). Identify risk areas and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
Quality Assurance & Design Integrity: Ensure all structural and cosmetic execution strictly adheres to approved design drawings, material standards, and luxury finishing standards.
Snagging & Handover: Conduct thorough pre-handover snag lists, proactively resolve issues, and ensure a seamless final handover experience for clients.
Progress Reporting: Maintain structured daily/weekly progress updates, site photos, material logs, and escalation reports for management.
Who Should Apply?
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing site execution specifically in residential interior design projects (luxury/high-end residential experience preferred).
Technical Skills: Strong ability to read working drawings, detailed elevation plans, electrical/plumbing layouts, and BOQs.
Software/Tools: Proficient with MS Excel/Google Sheets, Google Drive, WhatsApp management

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (Office + Active Project Sites)
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
