Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities for interior and construction projects, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and in line with design specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal design teams, monitoring progress, and resolving technical or operational issues on site. The role involves conducting inspections, verifying measurements, reviewing drawings, and supporting implementation of structural and civil engineering solutions where required. The Site Engineer will also prepare site reports, maintain documentation, and support transparent communication with project managers and clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and experience working at active project locations.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure adherence to specifications, safety norms, and workmanship standards.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge to interpret drawings and support technical decisions.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification in construction or project management is an advantage.
- Experience in interior fit-out, renovations, or building solutions projects, preferably in residential or commercial settings.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, use basic site measurement tools, and work with project documentation software.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Civil Engineering graduate with 0–2 years of experience
- Freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
- Strong interest and willingness to learn from the basics/scratch
- Ready to travel to project sites across Chennai
- Candidates with their own two-wheeler/vehicle are preferred
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work at construction/project sites and learn practical site execution
