Agazhi Design Co. is looking for a Project Manager / Site Supervisor with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience to join our team and take ownership of the execution of large-scale interior design and build projects.
The role will primarily involve projects such as:
- Auditoriums & theatres
- Hospitals & healthcare facilities
- Institutional projects
- Large-scale commercial interiors
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project execution and site supervision from mobilisation to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, vendors and client representatives.
- Translate design drawings, specifications and BOQs into accurate site execution.
- Monitor workmanship, materials, dimensions, detailing and overall quality.
- Plan and track project schedules, milestones and site activities.
- Coordinate multiple trades and ensure proper sequencing of works.
- Review drawings and identify site-level discrepancies, clashes and execution challenges.
- Monitor material requirements, deliveries and utilisation.
- Maintain site documentation, measurements, progress reports and project records.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify risks and proactively resolve site and execution issues.
- Ensure projects progress within the agreed timeline and quality standards.
Candidate Profile
- 2 - 5 years of professional experience in architecture, interior execution, construction or project management.
- Experience in large-scale interior projects will be preferred.
- Experience with hospital, auditorium, theatre, institutional or commercial projects is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of interior construction, materials and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior and MEP drawings.
- Good site coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate contractors, vendors and multiple trades independently.
- Strong communication, documentation and reporting skills.
- Willingness to be actively involved on-site and take ownership of project delivery.

Immediate hiring.
The position will initially be offered on a 6-month contractual basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and overall fit with the studio.
Attractive pay package commensurate with experience and capability.
Location
Bengaluru, Karnataka
The role will involve regular travel to and supervision of project sites.
