Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure EHS compliance, PPE usage, and workplace safety.
- Plan and execute production to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Manage SAP PP, production planning, inventory, and reporting.
- Monitor process control, quality, and production KPIs.
- Coordinate with PPC, Stores, Quality, contractors, vendors, and customers.
- Drive CAPEX, OPEX, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure statutory, IMS, ISO, and audit compliance.
Skills & Competencies
- Education: B.Tech in Ceramic, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in refractory manufacturing/production.
- Production Planning & Process Control.
- Refractory Manufacturing Knowledge.
- Quality, EHS & Regulatory Compliance.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management.
- Preferred Certifications : Six Sigma (Green Belt), IMS, Energy Auditing.
