Hiring: Production Manager — Specialty Chemicals | Hyderabad (Bollaram)
Srivilas Hydrotech Pvt. Ltd. (founded 1999) makes specialty chemicals for water treatment and allied industries — paints & coatings, paper processing, wastewater, and sugar — from our reaction-based facility at IDA Bollaram. We're looking for a Production Manager to own the floor end to end.
The role
Run day-to-day production: planning and scheduling, output against targets, and adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You'll coordinate with procurement, maintenance, QC, and logistics to optimize material usage, equipment uptime, and dispatch timelines — while leading and mentoring shift teams, driving process improvements, and owning root-cause analysis on any deviation. Hands-on, on the shop floor.
You fit if you have
- 7+ years in specialty/fine chemicals manufacturing — reaction-based batch/semi-continuous processes, not blending or formulation
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Chemical Engineering (or related)
- A real grip on quality control, process optimization, and compliance — Factories Act, TSPCB, MSIHC/hazardous-chemical handling, GHS
- Proven ability to lead shift teams — performance management, training, coordination
- Working competence with ERP/production systems and MS Office
- The instinct to fix problems on the floor, not escalate them
