We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing professional with strong expertise in paid acquisition and digital marketing strategy.
🔹 Experience: 6+ Years
🔹 Location: Jaipur
🔹 Employment: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute performance marketing strategies
✅ Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads & other paid channels
✅ Own campaign budgets, ROI, ROAS, CPL & CPA targets
✅ Drive lead generation and customer acquisition
✅ Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
✅ Develop data-driven strategies for scaling campaigns
✅ Prepare performance reports and present insights to management
✅ Coordinate with content, SEO, design and sales teams
✅ Guide and mentor junior performance marketing team members
What We’re Looking For:
🎯 Strong hands-on experience in SEM & paid advertising
🎯 Excellent understanding of performance marketing metrics
🎯 Proven experience in managing large-scale campaigns and budgets
🎯 Strong analytical and strategic thinking
🎯 Experience in handling digital marketing projects/clients will be an added advantage
