🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Plan & manage Meta Ads campaigns
* Optimise campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS & conversions
* Manage budgets, audiences, placements & bidding
* Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copies & audiences
* Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA & ROAS
* Manage Meta Pixel, Events, CAPI & UTM tracking
* Track leads, web orders & campaign performance
* Coordinate with Sales, B2B/B2C, Creative & Content teams
* Analyse creative performance & suggest new concepts
* Conduct competitor & market analysis
* Support Google Ads keyword research
* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing
✅ Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
✅ Good analytical & data interpretation skills
✅ Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns
✅ Knowledge of Pixel, CAPI, UTM & conversion tracking
✅ Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
✅ Strong communication & coordination skills
✅ Performance & ROI-driven mindset
