Are you a Performance Marketer who has helped scale revenue in a high-growth D2C or E-commerce company?
We're hiring a Senior Performance Marketer for a fast-growing consumer brand based in Bhopal.
This is an opportunity to work directly with the founders, own the complete performance marketing function, manage large advertising budgets, and drive measurable business growth.
Role: Senior Performance Marketer
Location: Bhopal
Key Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & GA4
• Expertise in tracking, attribution & performance optimization
• Experience managing large monthly ad budgets (₹1 Cr+ preferred)
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV & Conversion Rate
• Experience with Shopify or other E-commerce platforms
• Worked in a high-growth startup or D2C environment
