Role: Sr. Partner - Recruitment
Hiring Segment: Lateral Hiring (Mid-Senior to Leadership level)

We're expanding our lateral hiring practice and are looking for experienced recruiters to support hiring for one of our strategic multinational BFSI clients.
This is a 100% Individual Contributor role with end-to-end ownership of hiring mandates and stakeholder relationships.
What You'll
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Mid, Senior & Leadership roles
- Hire across BFSI, Operations, Functional, and Technology mandates
- Partner closely with assigned stakeholders and drive hiring independently
- Deliver consistent closures while building high-quality talent pipelines

What We're Looking
- 2-8 years of recruitment consulting/ executive search experience
- Proven experience hiring for large MNCs across BFSI, GCC, Technology, or Consulting
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative hiring skills
- Track record of consistently closing multiple mandates with quality and speed
- Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
