Job details:
Roavion is hiring a Senior Operations Executive in Kochi.
We import from Thailand, China, Japan, Italy and Australia, and deliver to every pin code in India.
We need someone to lead that machine, not just run it.
You’ll own how orders move, how problems get solved, and how the team performs when things go wrong. When a shipment fails, you fix it. When it fails twice, you fix the system. When your team is stuck, you lead them through it.
Talk is cheap. Show us what you’ve fixed.
Send 3 bullet points describing the hardest operations problems you’ve solved and the results, with real numbers, to careers@roavion.com, subject “Senior Ops – Exceptional”.
