Navire Logistics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive with knowledge of sea, air, and land freight operations to join our team in Kochi.
Location: Kochi, India
Salary: As per experience
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate import and export shipments across sea, air, and land.
Manage shipment documentation, tracking, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customs, and overseas agents.
Ensure timely shipment movement and delivery.
Handle operational issues and maintain accurate shipment records.
Coordinate with the Pricing and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
Good knowledge of sea, air, and land freight.
Understanding of import and export procedures and documentation.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and work under pressure.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
