We’re Hiring in Hyderabad | Senior Membership Counsellor – Premium Programs
At TrimHub Salons, we’re building a new premium customer program and are looking for an experienced Senior Membership Counsellor to join our Corporate Office in Hyderabad.
This is not a regular telecalling or front desk sales role.
We are specifically looking for someone who has previously handled and successfully closed high ticket customer decisions in the ₹1 lakh–₹1.5 lakh+ range through one-to-one counselling.
You could be a great fit if you have worked in:
• Hospital counselling / IP or patient coordination involving high-value procedures or packages
• Education admissions / student counselling for premium courses
• EdTech counselling
• Immigration / overseas education counselling
• Premium fitness or wellness memberships
• High-ticket consumer sales involving EMI/financing
• Any consultative sales role where customers typically make ₹1 lakh+ purchase decisions
What will you do?
You will work from the TrimHub Corporate Office and speak with qualified customers who have already shown engagement with our brand.
Your role will involve understanding the customer's requirements, conducting one-to-one consultations, explaining our premium membership offering, handling questions and objections, assisting eligible customers with available payment/financing options, following up systematically and taking the conversation through to closure.
This is not cold field sales.
We are looking for someone who knows how to build trust and comfortably close high-value transactions without sounding pushy.
What we're looking for:
Strong counselling and consultative selling ability
Proven experience closing ₹1 lakh+ ticket sizes
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable discussing EMI/payment options
Target-oriented and confident with high-value customers
Experience in hospitals, education/admissions or similar high-ticket counselling environments is highly preferred
📍 Location: TrimHub Corporate Office, Hyderabad
💼 Role: Full-time, office-based
💰 Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive performance incentives
