Job Summary:
The Career Advisor (UK) will be responsible for guiding international graduates and Graduate Route visa holders in building successful careers in the UK. This role involves career counseling, CV guidance, interview preparation, visa-related job search support, and achieving monthly enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with international graduates and Graduate Route visa holders.
- Guide candidates on job opportunities across the UK job market.
- Educate candidates on the Graduate Route visa, Skilled Worker visa, Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS), and related right-to-work/visa-sponsorship processes.
- Review CVs and provide interview preparation support tailored to UK hiring standards.
- Promote career services and training programs to prospective candidates.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and job seekers.
- Stay updated on UK Home Office regulations, visa sponsorship trends, and industry hiring requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6 months to 5 years of experience in international recruitment, career counseling, or sales (UK market preferred).
- Strong understanding of the Graduate Route visa, Skilled Worker visa, Student visa, sponsor licensing, and related UK immigration processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
