About ONMO+
ONMO+ is OnMobile’s direct-to-consumer Smart Console proposition, bringing a premium console and PC gaming experience to Smart TVs, laptops, tablets and smartphones without requiring expensive traditional gaming hardware.
The ONMO+ ecosystem includes a Smart Console, Pro Controller and access to premium games through its cloud gaming platform. Launched on Flipkart in June 2026, ONMO+ marks OnMobile’s entry into India’s console gaming market.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Brand & Communications to build and own the brand and communications narrative for ONMO+.
This is a founding brand and communications role. You will be the connective tissue between leadership, internal teams and external agencies, ensuring that every campaign, communication and consumer touchpoint tells a consistent ONMO+ story.
What You Will Own
Brand & Communications
- Own the ONMO+ brand voice, tone and communication narrative across retail, digital, PR, influencer, packaging and other consumer touchpoints.
- Translate brand positioning into clear brand guidelines and communication principles that agencies and internal teams can use effectively.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all customer-facing communication and creative output.
- Evolve the brand narrative based on consumer insights, market response and business priorities.
Agency & Partner Management
- Manage creative, PR, influencer, content and specialist agency partners as the central point of accountability.
- Develop clear briefs, provide strategic feedback and ensure agencies deliver against agreed brand and business objectives.
- Manage agency timelines, deliverables and commercial relationships while maintaining a high creative and execution standard.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with leadership and commercial teams across Retail, D2C and Marketplace to align brand, campaign and business priorities.
- Establish a clear planning, review and sign-off cadence across multiple marketing workstreams.
- Ensure consistent messaging across internal teams, agencies and consumer-facing channels.
Awareness & Consideration
- Develop and execute the brand and communications strategy to build awareness and consideration for ONMO+ and the broader gaming category.
- Partner with PR and influencer agencies to drive credible third-party validation, category education and consumer engagement.
- Own the always-on and festive communications calendar in alignment with product launches, retail activity, D2C campaigns and marketplace initiatives.
- Build campaigns and content that make ONMO+ relevant to both gaming enthusiasts and new-to-category consumers.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–9 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, marketing communications or related roles, with strong agency-management experience.
- Proven experience in a 0-to-1 brand or product launch — building a brand from the ground up rather than managing an established brand.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, communication planning, creative development and integrated campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving processes and priorities.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge agencies and internal teams when required.
- Sharp creative judgment and a strong eye for brand consistency, storytelling and execution quality.
- Experience managing PR and/or influencer marketing programmes is an advantage.
- Experience in consumer technology, gaming, D2C or other high-consideration categories is preferred.
- A genuine interest in gaming, consumer technology and emerging categories is a strong plus.
