Senior Manager – Luxury Villa Sales(New Launch)
📍 Location: Hyderabad
🏡 Luxury Villa / Premium Residential Sales Experience – Mandatory
Are you an accomplished real estate sales professional with a strong track record in premium & luxury villa sales?
Urbanrise is looking for high-performing sales professionals who can drive high-value business and build strong relationships with HNI, UHNI, NRI, investor, and premium customer segments.
What You’ll Drive
🔹 Own the complete sales lifecycle — Lead Generation → Site Visits → Negotiation → Booking → Closure
🔹 Drive sales through direct sourcing, referrals, digital leads, channel partners, networking & events
🔹 Build and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, NRIs, investors and high-value customers
🔹 Conduct impactful project presentations and premium site visits, highlighting USPs, amenities, pricing and investment potential
🔹 Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently drive conversions and closures
🔹 Strengthen relationships with Channel Partners, Property Consultants and Referral Networks
🔹 Lead negotiations while maintaining pricing discipline and commercial guidelines
🔹 Work closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, CRM, Legal, Finance and Project teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For
✔ 3+ years of experience in Luxury Villa / Premium Residential Sales
✔ Proven experience handling HNI, UHNI, NRI & investor clientele
✔ Strong track record of high-value sales and successful closures
✔ Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills
✔ Strong network across Channel Partners / Property Consultants
✔ Passion for luxury real estate, customer engagement and business growth
