Role Description The Sr RM/ Assistant Manager (Real Estate) role at InvestoXpert is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding their investment goals, and recommending suitable real estate opportunities. Daily responsibilities include overseeing property portfolios, coordinating site visits, negotiating lease and sale terms, and preparing proposals and investment reports. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth lease administration, documentation, and compliance with company policies. The Sr RM/ Assistant Manager will work toward achieving sales targets, maintaining high service standards, and supporting strategic initiatives to grow the real estate business.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, with strong knowledge of local market trends.
- Candidates should possess skills in Property Management to oversee assets, tenant relations, and ongoing property performance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration and handling Leases, including documentation, renewals, and compliance.
- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting, preferably at senior executive or assistant manager level.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate or property management are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; ability to analyze investment returns and prepare clear reports.
