Why This Role is Exciting
This is an opportunity to build one of India's most distinctive project execution platforms. You will work directly with the founders, architects, designers, artisans and clients on landmark projects across India. You will have significant autonomy to improve systems, build vendor relationships and shape how Baaya delivers projects as it grows.
Role Overview
You will be the single point of ownership for converting Baaya's designs into beautifully executed reality, from design handover through fabrication, logistics and final installation. You will coordinate with designers, artisans, vendors, contractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to Baaya's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end execution of multiple bespoke projects across India.
· Lead the Design Execution team and site supervisors.
· Convert design concepts into practical execution plans, timelines and deliverables.
· Coordinate designers, artisans, vendors, consultants and contractors.
· Develop project budgets, BOQs and procurement plans while protecting project margins.
· Manage fabrication quality, production schedules and logistics.
· Lead site installations and resolve on-site challenges quickly.
· Build and strengthen Baaya's network of artisans and fabrication partners.
· Develop simple SOPs, project tracking systems and documentation to improve execution.

Qualifications & Experience
· 7–10 years' experience in project execution, interiors, exhibitions, retail fit-outs, hospitality projects, custom fabrication or related industries.
· Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management or a related discipline.
· Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
· Strong project planning, costing and vendor management skills.
· Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and project management software.
· Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Reporting
Reports directly to the CEO / Founder.
Remuneration
We are looking for the right person. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
