📢 We Are Hiring | BIM MEP Coordinator – Data Centre Projects
JKR Consulting & Services is seeking an experienced BIM MEP Coordinator to join our team for the delivery of complex and critical Data Centre projects.
The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of overall BIM/MEP experience, with strong expertise in MEP
coordination, BIM workflows, clash detection, model QA/QC, and Data Centre infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary MEP BIM models.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and other specialist services.
• Perform clash detection, coordination, and issue resolution using Navisworks Manage.
• Develop and review BIM models in accordance with LOD 300–500, BEP, EIR, ISO 19650, and project-
specific BIM standards.
• Manage federated models, coordination meetings, clash reports, issue tracking, and model QA/QC.
• Coordinate critical Data Centre systems, including HVAC, chilled water, electrical containment, cable
trays, piping, and fire protection systems.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, site teams, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Required Skills:
Revit MEP | Navisworks Manage | AutoCAD | BIM 360/ACC | Clash Detection | Model Coordination | QA/QC | ISO 19650
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline. Candidates with a Diploma and strong relevant Data Centre BIM experience may also be considered.
