🚨 Hiring | Tool Room Machinist | CNC & Conventional Machines | Precision Manufacturing
We are looking for a highly experienced Tool Room Machinist to join our team in Dhuri, Punjab. We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive expertise in CNC and conventional machining, capable of handling complex machining operations, mentoring operators, and driving manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Set up, operate, and optimize CNC and conventional machining processes for precision components.
✔ Operate and supervise: Is proficient in operating CNC, VMC, Lathe, Press, Cylindrical Grinder, Worm Grinder, Thread Milling, Worm Cutting, Centre Facing, and Bandsaw Machines.
✔ Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and technical specifications.
✔ Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, machining parameters, and process sequences for optimum productivity.
✔ Perform precision machining while maintaining strict dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
✔ Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Indicator, and other precision inspection tools.
✔ Troubleshoot machining problems, improve cycle time, reduce machine downtime, and enhance process efficiency.
✔ Carry out basic machine maintenance, routine inspections, lubrication, and identify mechanical issues before they impact production.
✔ Guide, train, and mentor machine operators to improve productivity, quality, and workplace safety.
✔ Coordinate with Production & Quality teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
✔ 15–20 years of hands-on experience in precision machining and machine shop operations.
✔ Strong expertise in CNC and conventional machining, grinding, thread milling, worm cutting, and process planning.
✔ Excellent understanding of machining practices, tooling, fixtures, engineering drawings, and production optimization.
✔ Leadership ability with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
✔ ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification will be preferred.
