We're Hiring | Senior Legal Counsel | Mumbai | 6–8 Years PQE
We're partnering with a leading organization in the hospitality sector to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team.
This role is ideal for lawyers looking for a broad-based legal mandate with exposure to strategic business initiatives and high-impact legal work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting M&A transactions and strategic growth initiatives
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
• Managing litigation and arbitration matters in coordination with external counsel
• Advising business teams on legal, regulatory, and contractual issues
• Conducting legal due diligence and identifying legal risks
• Reviewing and updating legal templates, policies, and SOPs in line with evolving regulations
• Handling matters relating to licensing, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property
What We're Looking For:
✔ 6–8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
✔ Strong experience in commercial contracts, litigation, and corporate advisory
✔ Exposure to M&A transactions and legal due diligence is preferred
✔ Prior in-house experience is desirable
✔ Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
