We are looking for a passionate design leader who can independently handle premium projects from concept to completion while mentoring a growing design team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Architect / Senior Interior Designer who can lead luxury residential from conceptualization through execution.
The ideal candidate is someone who possesses excellent design sensibility, strong technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the confidence to manage clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams while ensuring the highest standards of design and execution.
Design Leadership
- Lead the design process from concept development to final execution.
- Develop luxury interior concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and presentations.
- Produce detailed space planning, furniture layouts, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Ensure every project reflects premium design standards and attention to detail.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor junior architects and interior designers.
- Allocate tasks and monitor project progress.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure quality across all deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
Client Management
- Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements.
- Present concepts confidently and professionally.
- Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve design concerns while maintaining project timelines.
Vendor & Site Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Visit project sites regularly to monitor execution quality.
- Ensure drawings are executed accurately on site.
- Handle material approvals and vendor negotiations when required.
Project Management
- Manage multiple luxury projects simultaneously.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor deadlines.
- Coordinate between design, procurement, and execution teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and budget.
Documentation
- Prepare BOQs and specifications.
- Review working drawings and technical details.
- Coordinate with MEP consultants where required.
- Maintain proper project documentation.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in:
- Luxury Villas
- Premium Apartments
- High-end Residences
will be preferred.
