Roles & Responsibilities
- Must be customer-centric in providing solutions - proposed designs should be highly functional and great on aesthetics, still keeping in mind the customer’s budget.
- Be the Lead Designer for a set of Futur Decor clients, from the first meeting to order booking to design finalization
- Be responsible for achieving sales targets month on month along with Sales Team
- Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the P2P pipeline status month on month
- Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objective
- To define SOP right from sales to design process for bedroom/interior solutions
- Analyse Design meeting pipeline with sales team, project TAT, and customer satisfaction on a monthly basis
- Take ownership of bedroom/interior solutions, and understand customer pain points to deliver better results
- Coordinate with the production team for the smooth execution of projects
- Prepare weekly status reports on P2P projects as well as Design Meetings held
- To make calls and follow up with assigned leads
