We are hiring for one of our clients, a growing organization operating in the EdTech & Professional Learning space.
📍 Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
Role: Senior Inside Sales Executive
💰Salary: ₹30,000–₹38,000/month
🎯 Experience: 3–4 years
🎓 Education: Graduation mandatory
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, especially in English
• Proven experience in high-ticket sales
• Strong lead conversion and closing track record
• Experience handling premium/high-value leads independently
• Strong consultative selling abilities
• Excellent objection handling and negotiation skills
• Consistent track record of achieving sales targets
• Comfortable using CRM and handling approximately 150–200 calls per day
🎯 Key Responsibilities for Both Roles:
• Handle inbound and outbound sales leads
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Follow up with potential customers and drive conversions
• Pitch and close programs/services
• Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification to closure
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Build strong relationships with prospects
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
