📢 Imitate Labs (Aurra Sales Agent) Hiring: Telecaller – Screening & Appointment Setting

Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai
Employment: Full-time
We’re looking for an experienced Telecaller to generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calling and book meetings for our sales team.
What you’ll do:
- Make outbound calls using provided cold and warm lead lists
- Screen inbound enquiries and AI-identified hot leads
- Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need and timeline
- Book meetings and send confirmations and reminders
- Follow up consistently without being pushy
- Maintain accurate call notes and lead updates in the CRM
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in telecalling, inside sales or appointment setting
- Fluency in Tamil and English
- Hindi, Telugu or Malayalam is an advantage
- Strong listening, communication and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with high call volumes and follow-ups
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools and calendar scheduling
- Able to commute reliably to Thiruvanmiyur
