What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment & Hiring
- Posting jobs on portals and social platforms
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and databases
- Supporting employer branding initiatives
HR Operations
- Supporting onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintaining employee documentation
- Coordinating attendance and HR records
- Assisting in employee engagement activities
Culture & Coordination
- Supporting communication between teams
- Helping create a positive workplace environment
- Assisting in internal initiatives and team activities

Preferred Background
- MBA HR / BBA / Psychology / HR-related background
- 2–3 years of experience
- Strong communication skills preferred
