Suwalka Motors is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR & Administration Manager to lead our HR and administrative functions across the dealership. We are seeking a strategic professional who can build strong HR systems, drive employee engagement, ensure statutory compliance, and create a high-performance work culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end Human Resource and Administration functions across the dealership.
* Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational processes.
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction, performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
* Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, etc.), and HR documentation.
* Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
* Strengthen organizational culture through training, leadership development, and employee welfare initiatives.
* Manage administrative operations including office facilities, security, housekeeping, assets, vendor management, and general administration.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and audit standards.
* Partner with leadership to improve productivity, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
* Build a professional, accountable, and performance-driven HR ecosystem.
Requirements
* Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in the automobile, retail, manufacturing, or large service industry.
* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
* Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple locations and large employee teams.
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
