We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Training Manager from hospitality industry to lead learning initiatives, strengthen employee capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous development.
Location: Kota, Rajasthan
Experience: 5–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver engaging training programs
• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA)
• Drive leadership and behavioral development initiatives
• Develop capability-building and performance improvement programs
• Measure training effectiveness and learning outcomes
• Coordinate with clients to enhance workforce capability
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs
• Passion for developing talent and improving organizational performance
