As part of our expansion, we are building a dedicated Goa Investment Division focused on helping clients invest in premium properties from leading Goa developers.
Position Overview
We are looking for experienced Senior Goa Investment Consultants who have a proven track record of selling Goa real estate projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience selling projects from reputed Goa developers such as The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HOABL), Yugen Infra, Neo World, and other established developers in Goa.
This role primarily follows an inside sales and investment advisory model, where consultants will engage with clients across Delhi NCR through digital channels, virtual presentations, and online consultations. Travel to Goa for client site visits may occasionally be required.
Key ResponsibilitiesInvestment Advisory
- Understand client investment objectives.
- Recommend suitable Goa investment opportunities.
- Conduct virtual investment presentations.
- Guide customers through the complete buying journey.
Sales & Closures
- Sell premium Goa residential and investment projects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking.
- Handle negotiations and facilitate successful deal closures.
- Build long-term investor relationships.
Customer Engagement
- Conduct online consultations with Delhi NCR and other clients.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment potential.
- Coordinate physical site visits whenever required.
Lead Management
- Handle company-generated digital enquiries.
- Maintain timely follow-ups through CRM.
- Maximize enquiry-to-booking conversion.
Market Knowledge
Stay updated on:
- Goa real estate market trends.
- New project launches.
- Developer offerings.
- Investment opportunities.
- Pricing and appreciation potential.
- Government policies affecting the Goa property market.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals who have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling Goa real estate projects.
- Mandatory experience with reputed Goa developers.
- Strong understanding of the Goa property market.
- Excellent online sales and investment consulting skills.
- Ability to independently close high-value transactions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
