Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site operations.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
- Enforce health and safety regulations.
- Report progress to project management.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years proven experience as a Senior Foreman.
- Minimum Matric
- NQF4/5/6 TJEKA Advantageous
- Safety & Risk on Site Advantageous
- Working at Heights Advantageous
- Setting Out Advantageous
Experience
- Solid experience in residential construction. Commercial construction experience advantageous.
- Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
- Ability to manage teams, timelines, and quality standards.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and site safety.
