Key Requirements
- 3–6+ years of US IT Staffing / US Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end US recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, job boards, Boolean Search, and internal databases.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099 and US staffing processes.
- Good knowledge of US work authorization/visa categories and US employment practices.
- Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, vendors, or implementation partners is preferred.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and recruit across IT, Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, DevOps, QA, Infrastructure, etc.
- Strong candidate screening, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Experience working with ATS/CRM systems such as Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to meet submission, interview, and placement targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working US Night Shift from the Chennai office.
