Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Executive
📍 Location: Chennai
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office (Monday to Friday)
💼 Experience: 5 to 8 Years
⏰ Preference: Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Candidates
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement intake to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, define sourcing strategies, and ensure timely closures.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
- Screen and assess candidate profiles to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Drive stakeholder management by providing regular hiring updates, pipeline reports, and market intelligence.
- Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche skill requirements.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, closures, sourcing effectiveness, and conversion ratios.
- Maintain recruitment records and updates in ATS/Recruitment systems.
- Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns.
Required Skills
✅ Strong experience in IT Recruitment
✅ Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Experience handling niche and lateral hiring
✅ Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
✅ Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes
